Yes! Each unit comes with a private driveway and/or garage for convenient parking and storage.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Water and sewage are included. Electricity, internet, and other utilities are the tenant’s responsibility.

Is the apartment furnished?

No, all units are unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own.

Is there internet access?

Yes, all units are internet-ready. Tenants are responsible for setting up and choosing their internet provider. Units are wired for Spectrum.

When can I move in?
